Our regular REFORMER classes are awesome for anyone interested in a more traditional Pilates experience. These classes will strengthen, tone, and stretch your muscles, emphasizing the core area, most important for your posture, alignment and spinal health. We offer different levels so that our clients may grow with their practice and switch it up if they want a change of pace. Levels 1-2 is a perfect class for beginners. In this gently paced class, clients will be introduced to fundamental movements, exercises and stretches. Levels 2-3 is a more advanced and faster paced class, focusing on more full-body integration and deeper stretches. All Levels reformer classes are a good compromise, keeping the class at a slow enough pace and offering beginner exercises for those newer to Pilates, while giving options for more difficult modifications for those who may be more advanced. Whatever class you choose, the instructors will work with you to find the system that works best for you helps you achieve you goals!

PILATES MAT ~ Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. Experience different movement phases, which are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement.

Our REFORMER BOOTCAMP classes are an excellent way to increase heart rate and burn some serious calories. It consists in an Intense interval training where you will be using treadmills, Pilates Reformer machine Jump board and dumbbells. The instructors lead the class with different movement combinations that not only challenge you physically, but really make you think. The mind and body work together, as in a typical Pilates session, but the tempo is much quicker and keeping your metabolism in a fat burning zone. A Reformer bootcamp session will ensure not only an increased heart rate but also full body strengthening of the abdominal, legs, arms, and gluteus. We are the only studio in San Diego providing this class. Enjoy!

JUMP POWER is a high-intensity Pilates class intended to get the heart rate up, tone the muscles and rev the metabolism. The jump board is a reformer accessory that was designed to give clients the ability to use explosive, plyometric movements on a safe apparatus. This is an excellent, fun way to get your cardio! Look forward to spending half of the class time using the jump board, and the other half of class doing Pilates reformer exercises and stretches. |
