What is your cancellation policy for classes?
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged for classes you’ve pre-registered for.
How does the wait list work?
WAITLIST: If you are on the wait list an auto e-mail will be sent to you if you are added to the class 24 hrs prior the class. You will NOT be added from the wait list after that. We Recommend you to Only add yourself on the wait list if you are sure you will be able to take the class in case you are added. Once you are added to the class you are accountable for the spot and the 24hrs cancellation will still apply. If you book yourself for one class and also put yourself for another class wait list on the same day, you will be accountable for both classes if you are added from the wait list as you would be holding 2 spots.

Both types of classes are greatly beneficial and can help you achieve your fitness goals. A great Pilates workout can be accomplished with mat classes whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced as our instructors often give clients various options and modifications for individual exercises. Our Reformer classes use spring resistance that works like concentric and eccentric muscle contractions to safely sculpt, tone and stretch the muscles. It is always a good idea to mix up your fitness routine to avoid reaching a plateau and all of our classes can help you do that.

All of our classes are adaptable to help make sure you can still get a good workout while being conscientious of any particular body issues and/or injuries you may be dealing with. Should I eat before coming to class?
Your body is a finely tuned machine and thus needs energy to fuel it. Energy comes from food. While everyone’s body is unique and has different needs, we suggest making sure you’ve had at least a good snack a couple hours prior to attending a class so your body has fuel to burn. On the flip side, you don’t want to eat a large meal just prior to exercising as it will tend to make you feel heavier and sluggish as your body expends more energy to digest your meal.
