IMPORTANT STRICTLY ENFORCED POLICIES: WE HAVE THE SPECIFIC POLICIES FOR EACH PROGRAM

NONEQUIPMENT PROGRAM:
The check in is on the first come first served basis. You can pre-regyster on-line but that will not guarantee your spot. Also is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to walk in late on a Yoga class, so if you arrive after the class started we will not be able to let you in.

EQUIPMENT PROGRAM:
Is Mandatory that you Pre-Regyster on-line and reserve you spot. If necessary, you can come late for a class, however if we have a wait-list or a stand by, your spot will be given away if you don’t show up within 10 min and the session will be charged.

GENERAL POLICIES:

Please take note of our 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel without a 24 hour notice, you will still be charged for the class. In addition, note that our 3 rooms are located on the same block and many times have 3 classes at the same time. Be sure to show up for the right studio that you signed up for. If you sign up for the Turquoise Room at 6:30 but take a class in the Orange Room, you are holding two spots and will be charged for the two classes.

WAITLIST: If you are on the waitlist an auto email will be sent to you if you are added to the class.

WHAT TO BRING:

Water and hand towel: All the classes
Mat: Yoga, Pilates Mat, EXO Chair and Ballet Barre
Toesox: Pilates Reformer, EXO Chair and Balle Barre
Towel (preferable the ones with grips like YOGITOES): Heated Yoga.
