After you purchase the deal, Groupon will send you a voucher via email. Once you receive your voucher, please follow the steps described below to activate it. Most vouchers are activated on the same business day, but it may take up to 2 business days. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. If you wish to attend a class, please activate your voucher a few days BEFORE

Step by Step Directions to Activate your Voucher

STEP 1. Click on the "Online Booking" link.

At the upper right click on "New Users" sign up here. If you are a current client at the studio or already have an account, please skip directly to STEP 2

NEW CLIENTS: Create an account on our system with a username and password.

You will receive an automated “Welcome Email” from The Pilates Room and Yoga Lounge, however you need to finish Step 2 before you will be able to register for classes.

STEP 2. Once your account profile is created, email your name and voucher PDF file. We are going to scan the bar code (see image below) so please send this file to info@thepilatesroomonline.com. Please include the subject line: ACTIVATE VOUCHER.

We will need to activate your voucher BEFORE you can register for classes. Please allow up to 2 business days for your voucher to be activated, although we usually activate it much faster.
Once you receive an automated email labeled “Purchase Receipt”, your account will be active and you can register for classes online.

3. After your voucher and account are activated, you can schedule all classes online. You will receive an automatic “Class Confirmation” email for every reservation that is correctly booked.

Please remember that our studio has a 24-hour cancellation policy: ANY CLASS CANCELLED WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE LOST. Thank You for your cooperation and we look forward to having you in class!

Please keep in mind that all the classes must be scheduled online. After doing so, you will receive an automated email confirming your booked classes.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have, but please do not call the studio to activate your voucher as we will direct you to the instructions posted here.
